This is a sunrise shot of the Space Needle and Mt. Ranier, with some of downtown Seattle poking through the clouds, taken from just south of Kerry Park. I woke up early and saw the dense clouds above, and initially thought that my shoot was ruined. I decided to go to the location regardless, hoping the clouds would clear. They did not, and I am happy they did not, because it provided a much more unique shot than a typical sunrise photo. The people that live in Seattle have a lot of city pride, and this photo captures a rare view of two of the most iconic sites.
