This fall I had the chance to go on yet another road-trip.
We left Switzerland behind us and headed to Chamonix in France. That’s a nice little village but in the off season there’s not much happening. But in winter it’s a famous place to go skiing in the French Alps. After hiking to the famous Lac blanc and taking a gondola up to almost 4000m to the Aiguille du midi we drove trough the Mont Blanc tunnel to Italy. There we walked on a melting glacier. It was really impressive and worrying to see how the glacier melted in the past few years. After that we continued the journey to Turin. Thats a quite old and Beautiful city - lots of good food there.
