Just outside of Las Vegas, a little south of Boulder City, is flat dry salt bed.
It’s nice to fly on such a flat surface as the only thing you can hit for miles is the ground only. And when doing some long exposure pictures at the same time, you can actually create some fun stuff. In this case here we took a long exposure image while moving a blinking object through the image. The result is something a bit abstract and very different.
The added bonus of getting a little bit of the night sky, in this case the Milky Way, makes this a truly fun shot!
