Some shots of our beloved shrine of Santa Augusta, placed on a hill over the city of Vittorio Veneto, where the First World War was won by the Italians. The legend of this saint tells that she was bringing bread to the poor. His father did not agree. He stopped her and asked her what she wore in her apron. She said, “Flowers, father.” “Show me” he said. So she opened her apron and the bread turned into flowers.
