Kok Kah is a deserted little island off the coast of Krabi, Thailand. We used to get to it by kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or longtail boat. Now we have a floating bungalow with an engine, so can take that over. The water is clear and there are some nice coral areas near where we park. In the summer when we get storms, there is a very small surf break at the norther tip of the island. It takes me 45 minutes to paddle my SUP over from Thai-West, and I maybe catch 5 waves on a good day before the tide turns. The islanders think I’m crazy but surfers will understand.
