I lived here on my sailing boat for more than one year, a very good time in my life! I was at pontoon during winter and at a mooring (bottom left) during summer.
My work was 15 minutes north on the river (the little white point – a shipyard – we make out North North-East. North is up).
Two and a half years ago, I left this place to travel on my boat but I am sure I will be back one day.
Since, each time I come round, I feel the same nostalgy. I took this photo last April.
We can see North the city of Lorient with its commercial harbour. The sea is SSW.
