The Nida Valley is a geographic region in southern Poland, along the lower and middle Nida. It is 65 kilometres long and 2 – 6 kilometres wide.
Ponidzie is a region of riverine lowlands and gentle limestone hills lying on the Lower and Middle Nida. The Nida Valley stretches from Jędrzejów in the North-West to Korczyn in the South-East where the Nida flows into the Vistula.
