Pak Lap Tsai is a small beach located in High Island of Sai Kung, adjacent to Pak Lap Wan. At the southern-east side of Lap Pak Tsai, there is a sea cave called ‘Mok Min Cave’, if the tide is low, people can walk through the cave to one another side.
