Karolis was born in Klaipėda, on the coast of the Baltic Sea and now lives in Vilnius, Lithuania. He's a photographer always in search of perspectives from above to capture the world in miniature. He's used hot air balloons, motor air gliders, tall buildings and various other means to bring his ideas to life. After drones became available to everyone he acquired one and started implementing his photography visions from the sky. His works have been published in the Daily Mail, BBC worldwide, CNN, The Telegraph, The Guardian, La Depeche, American Photo Mag, RotorDrone mag, Peoples Daily (China) and many other.
