Wow! Why is that lake pink?
The pink colour of the water comes from a pigment given from microscopic algae apparently..

Wow ! This kind of lake is common in Australia ?
There are a few pink lakes in Western Australia and a couple here in Victoria. I believe there are many that are scattered all over the world though, in different continents.
