Few years ago, I shot a movie with my 5D Mark II (vimeo.com/32095943) while trying to be the most authentic possible. I wanted to retranscribe the island\’s unique atmosphere. Once again, it\’s my pleasure to pay tribute to this little piece of paradise, to show all the love I feel for it.
This movie is also dedicated to the people who give their time to protect the island and fight against all the problems that this place encounters (mostly pollution and the rise in the water level).
Almost all sequences were shot in very safe conditions, very early in the morning or late in the afternoon. In both cases, without any people under the quadracopter 90% of the time.
Shot with a DJI Phantom & a GoPro Hero 3 (Black Edition) mounted on a Zenmuse H3-2D
Settings : 2.7k 30/24 fps (Protune Off/On) / 1080 60fps => 24fps
