Salton Sea
This is actually a rather sad picture, and I put it in this contest not because I think the picture has much artistic merit, and it didn't take any daring drone flying to get the shot, but rather because it tells the story of how the Salton Sea is drying up. Mullet Island used to have a restaurant and be a destination for boaters. Now you can drive a 4WD vehicle out there. This was the last picture I took of Mullet Island while it was still an island.
I'm a patent and trademark attorney at InterContinental IP (www.icipLaw.com) whenever I'm not flying my drone. We own a small resort in Thailand (Thai-West Resort) and I get over there a few times a year to fly. Whenever I travel on business, I always try to bring along my drone.
