Thai-West Resort, Koh Sriboya Island, Krabi, Thailand
In 2004, our island was devastated by the tsunami and the entire coral reef was ripped out of the bedrock and deposited on the first 100 yards or so of land. The reef is gradually coming back, and we are keeping track of its progress by flying our drone at low tide every trip we make back to Thailand.
I'm a patent and trademark attorney at InterContinental IP (www.icipLaw.com) whenever I'm not flying my drone. We own a small resort in Thailand (Thai-West Resort) and I get over there a few times a year to fly. Whenever I travel on business, I always try to bring along my drone.
