What better way to celebrate a New Year than to do something crazy with your old drone? I jammed my iPad mini down by shirt and tucked my Bebop under my arm, then paddled my Walden 10' 10" stand-up paddleboard out from Thai-West Resort for some dronie action. Fortunately the seas were calm so my New Year celebration ended up happy as neither drone nor iPad were damaged during the filming.
I'm a patent and trademark attorney at InterContinental IP (www.icipLaw.com) whenever I'm not flying my drone. We own a small resort in Thailand (Thai-West Resort) and I get over there a few times a year to fly. Whenever I travel on business, I always try to bring along my drone.
