Agios Nikolaos (St Nicholas Church), Paralimni, Cyprus
Agios Nikolaos (St Nicholas Church), a small chapel located somewhere on east coast of Cyprus. It is actually located somewhere by the beach between Protaras or Paralimni. It took me more than 1 hour ride one way from Nicosia to Paralimni, albeit an unreliable public transport system.
This small white chapel with blue dome on it is just simply amazing. I actually first seen from an image on a fridge magnet souvenir, and I thought it was in Greece, like the one in Santorini. But only after I discovered Cyprus has a similar one in Paralimni, so here I come. I was lucky to have a great blue sky as background, which makes the amazing architecture more stunning.
